Carbone Adaptive Chestrig Pouch - MIL

The Carbone Adaptive Chestrig Pouch is a universal solution for the front loadout of a plate carrier or for independent use with a harness. Its innovative loop based adjustment system allows it to adapt from the smallest to the largest configurations.

A single pouch covers all your needs and gear upgrades, allowing you to experiment freely without being held back by inflexible equipment. 

Designed to be reconfigurable as quickly as possible, the Carbone pouch opens fully to facilitate the addition and removal of hook inserts according to mission needs, even in the field.

The webbing loop attachment points on the edges are compatible with quick-release buckles (ROC80, ROC40, or FirstSpear tubes) for integration onto cummerbunds or 25mm buckles in a harness configuration. This system provides dynamic compression to the pouch, ensuring the lowest possible profile regardless of the load, without requiring any adjustments by the user.

The MIL version is taller than the LEO version to offer 3 MOLLE/PALS rows on the front.

Pouch made of 500D Cordura and IRR-treated webbing, carefully manufactured in France!

One-piece, fold-out design for easy addition and removal of hook inserts. The pouch can be reconfigured in seconds without struggling to slide the inserts into place.

Expandable main compartment to accommodate all possible configurations: up to 6 STANAG 5.56 magazines, 3 .308 or G36 magazines plus organizational inserts and more. The pouch can be configured for a width of 6 to 8 MOLLE/PALS columns.

Webbing loops on the edges to attach the pouch directly to your cummerbunds with quick release buckles like ROC or FirstSpear tubes, or 25mm buckles for harness attachment.
Attaching your cummerbund directly to the Carbone pouch offers several advantages:
– The pouch is securely held against the plate carrier, reducing the risk of it being torn off or detached.
– The webbing loop attachments offer dynamic compression: the pouch compresses naturally without operator intervention to always offer the lowest profile and reduce bulk.

Front Panel: 
– Option Loop: simple loop (female) surface on the front panel,
– Option MOLLE (3 rows) : 3 MOLLE/PALS rows on the front
– Option MOLLE + Loop: 3 MOLLE/PALS rows with a loop area at the top, measuring 7.5 x 21 cm

Pouch supplied with 2 male 25mm 2M buckles (Due Emme), please ensure compatibility with your vest/harness.

Fits on any vest using a 25mm buckle/ghook system with a loop fabric front surface

Instructions

Disassembly

Unhook the pouch from the cummerbunds and plate carrier by unclipping the buckles and tearing away the pouch

Remove the pouch and open it from the back by tearing away the side panels.

Tear away the rear section (with 25mm fasteners) securing the inserts.

Change/remove/add inserts as needed. 

Reassembly

Change/remove/add inserts as needed. 

Align the back piece (with 25mm fasteners) with the inserts to secure them

Fold the side panels back to close the pouch.
Do not overtighten the side panels to avoid compressing the inserts. Leaving a little slack is not a problem as once assembled, the cummerbunds or harness will dynamically compress the pouch.
